TLC says it can often match antique glass. Matching a particular piece still requires assessment, so ask about the available options rather than assuming an exact replacement will be possible.
Send a photo of the whole object, close-ups of the damage, approximate dimensions, and a description of what happened. Mention whether the piece is installed or portable. Ask for handling advice before moving a badly damaged piece.
